Youth Clubs

The mission of the MLS Players Union Career Development Program is to provide services that help MLS players continue their education and personal development, as well as prepare for life after their playing careers.  One of the key goals of the Career Development Program is to help players move into coaching and club administration during, and after, their playing careers.  We look forward to partnering with youth soccer clubs around the country to provide access to current and former MLS players.

In registering to be a member of our Youth Club Network you agree:

1.) To be contacted directly by current and former MLS players who are interested in finding a coaching position.  All MLS players who contact you will have the opportunity through our website to fill out our electronic Coaching Resume form.  This document can be sent directly to you and details all of the player's pertinent information including past coaching experience, playing experience, coaching licenses held, and what type of position(s) they are looking for.

2.) To post applicable job opportunities at your club when they arise.  All job openings can be posted through our website and will be available to be viewed by all current and former MLS players.

We believe that this partnership will be a great benefit for both your club and MLS players.  Please note that all of the initial contact between players and your club can be done online through our website.

In order to register your club, simply click on the Register My Club link below to begin the process.  It takes approximately 5 minutes to complete the registration.  Once you have registered, MLS players will be able to contact you directly with their coaching resumes, and you will be able to post job openings electronically.
